Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to provide you quick service to get you your order as soon as possible.

Shipping

• Orders are usually cut next day.
• Orders are shipped within 3 business days with the exception of large sale events due to volume of orders and giveaways being awarded.
• Orders are shipped USPS or UPS.

Returns

• We do not accept returns on cut fabric.
• Once cut we charge a 25% restocking fee, as long as your order has not been shipped.
• Once shipped we do not accept returns unless they are damaged in shipping.

Damages

• Please take pictures of your order before opening if the package is damaged.
• Please take pictures of your damaged order once opened.
• Pictures are required to receive a refund or replacement.
• We will replace your order as long as it is still in stock. If we no longer have your items we will refund your order once we receive documentation of the damage.
